After receiving my feedback I was surprised as I thought I had not done as well as my tutor had suggested. My feedback included try to keep eye contact and try not to look around for too long, this was actually something I had spotted myself when watching my video and from this I know that I should not keep eye contact at all times and that it is okay to break eye contact as this is natural however try to shorten the time I do this for as it can look like I am not very interested. 

Another piece of feedback I received, was that I needed to ask more questions in my interview and when I bring a piece of work to show my interviewer I should show them and not be asked by them to be shown. From being told this I know that I need to be more confident in interviews as I was not sure when I was meant to give my piece of work and watching the interview back I realised that there was so many times I could have given my work.

I also need to improve on how much I know about the job role and what the company values are as I manged to talk around the question by saying I had grown up with the company always being a part of my family, however I did not talk about the company and what they stand for as a brand.

As part of my action plan I am going to work on these things to increase my chances of employment, I will do this by practising interview questions and researching the brand in deeper detail. Another way I can do this is when I am preparing for a interview ask someone to practice with me and ask for advice on how I can improve and just what I need to do to improve.
